Hi! I’m Dr. Hannah Gilfix!

I am a licensed psychologist based in the Tampa Bay, Florida area, offering online therapy for individuals and couples. I provide virtual services throughout Florida as well as over 40 additional states, including Indiana, North Carolina, Maryland, New Jersey, Colorado, Illinois, Texas, Virginia, Minnesota, and others.

My approach

I offer a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy grounded in empathy, authenticity, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly.

My therapeutic style is curious, collaborative, and intentional, with a strong emphasis on building a meaningful therapeutic relationship that supports empowerment and lasting progress. I tailor my work to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Sessions are personalized to align with each client’s goals, needs, and readiness, with the aim of helping clients move toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth.
